José Lucas is a songwriter and producer based in Sweden.
He started music by playing classical guitar as a young kid and ended up with a Masters Degree at The Royal College Of Music, Stockholm.
At the end of his studies, he discovered songwriting and production and was so obsessed by it so he did a career change, started from scratch all over again.
With cuts in Belgium, UK and USA to various artists including Pitbull, he wanted to use his skills somehow in electronic music.
Inspired by songs like Mighty Oaks ”Just One Day”(Melou Remix), The Tallest Man On Earth ”The Dreamer”(SAMURAII Edit), Noah ”Pumped Up Kicks”(Aerokind Remix) he finally found his calling in guitar-based deep tropical house music.
He started his self-named project with a single release in 2017 and has never looked back since then.
